Your holiday may be reserved by filling in the on line booking form which will then take a deposit payment by card.

For each cottage reserved the deposit is £50.  Deposit is non refundablable

Please make all cheques out to Mrs Vanessa Bradshaw, and send to Moorcourt House, Leigh Lane, Upper Leigh, Stoke On Trent, ST10 4NU

Your final balance is due in full 30 days before your arrival date which is taken from your payment card by our on line booking system. All payments are non refundable.

All payments will be acknowledged by a receipt.

Any money still owing must be paid on arrival.

Keys will be handed to you on your arrival or arrangements of where to collect from on site. Usually in door of cottage on arrival.

Arrival time is from 3.30 pm and departure time is 10.am. If you would like an earlier check in time or a later departure time please arranged at the time of booking at a charge of £10 per hour.

The cottages are no smoking and no pets.

Central heating and bed Linen and towels are inclusive.

The number of guests occupying the cottage must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for that cottage.

Please state names of all guests and ages of all children when booking is made.

No house parties stag parties or hen parties are permitted whilst staying at Moorcourt Cottages.
No charging of EV’s

There is a covering charge of £10 per person staying excluding babies, which is refundable upon departure once housekeeping has been completed, deductions will be made for any excessive cleaning needed, including any dry cleaning of bedding and for all damages. Conditions apply to all guests staying, the refundable covering charge is due along with the final balance.

You may request items that you would like to be available on your arrival i.e.; travel cot high chair, champagne flutes
