Large fully equipped kitchen with fitted wooden cupboards,breakfast bar seating for four, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, has quarry tiled floor and an open plan staircase, windows overlooking the garden and courtyard.

Downstairs bathroom has a corner bath with shower, WC, Wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point, tiled flooring and part tiled walls.

Downstairs bedroom contains a single bed, wardrobe, draws, digital freeview TV & DVD player, and individually custom made solid pine bunks to accommodate adults, wooden flooring and window overlooking courtyard.

Double upstairs bedroom has double bed, bedside cupboards, fitted wardrobes and draws, dressing table, digital Freeview TV & DVD player, beamed ceilings and exposed oak trusses, wooden flooring and conservation window with open views.

Twin upstairs bedroom, has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and cupboards, digital freeview TV & DVD, wooden flooring, conservation window with open views.

Upstairs bathroom has full white suite, heated towel rail, shaver point, wooden flooring and part tiled walls.

Outside had a lovely garden with lawned areas and patio also a large under cover wooden decked area with table & chairs, parasol and clothes line and pegs, laundry is seperate from the cottage.
