Large kitchen with fitted pine cupboards, quarry tiled flooring and open plan staircase, dining for 7, fully equipped with new modern appliances, electric hob & oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and plenty of cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Downstairs bedroom containing one single bed and one set of individually custom made pine bunks that will accommodate adults, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table & lamp, Freeview TV & DVD, wooden flooring and windows. Downstairs bathroom with new white suite, bath which has electric shower over, WC and vanity unit with cupboard below, wall cupboard and shaver point, tiled flooring and part tiled walls.

Upstairs double bedroom has double bed which will separate into two single beds, fitted wardrobes and cupboards, dressing table, bedside cupboards and lamps, Freeview TV & DVD, wooden flooring, beamed ceiling and window overlooking surrounding countryside. Upstairs twin bedroom has two single beds fitted wardrobe and drawers bedside cupboard with lamp,  Freeview TV & DVD, wooden flooring and a conservation window with view. Upstairs cloakroom contains WC and wash hand basin.

Outside at the rear of cottage is private garden with lawn and patio area, table and chairs, parasol, clothes line and pegs. Laundry facilities are separate from cottage.
