• Your holiday may be reserved by telephone, letter or email. Your chosen date will then be pending receipt of your your deposit which will be £100 for a full week, or £50 for a short break.

• Please make all cheques out to Mrs Vanessa Bradshaw, and send to Moorcourt House, Leigh Lane, Upper Leigh, Stoke On Trent, ST10 4NU

• Your final balance will be due in 2 weeks before your arrival date.

• All payments will be acknowledged by a receipt.

• Guests can telephone anytime before their arrival to make any final arrangements before their time of arrival and collect keys etc.

• Normal arrival time is 3pm and leaving time is 10am prompt, as we need time to present the cottages for our next guests.

• Any cancellations within 8 weeks of the arrival date, we be refundable, minus a £20 admin fee.

• The cottages are strictly no smoking and no pets.

• Central heating and bed Linen are all inclusive.

• The number of guests occupying the cottage must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for that cottage.
