Terms And Conditions

Your holiday may be reserved by telephone, letter or email. Your chosen date will then be pending receipt of your your deposit for each cottage reserved which will be £100 for a full week, or £50 for a short break.

Please make all cheques out to Mrs Vanessa Bradshaw, and send to Moorcourt House, Leigh Lane, Upper Leigh, Stoke On Trent, ST10 4NU

Your final balance will be due in 4 weeks before your arrival date.

All payments will be acknowledged by a receipt.

Keys will be handed to you on your arrival or arrangements of where to collect from on site

Normal arrival time is from 3.30pm and departure time is 10.am prompt.  Housekeeping begins at 10.30am. Early arrivals and later leaving times must be arranged at the time of booking at a charge of £10 per hour

The cottages are no smoking and no pets.

Central heating and bed Linen and towels are all inclusive.

The number of guests occupying the cottage must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for that cottage. All names of guest staying must be stated when booking is made.

You may request any extra items that you would like to be available on your arrival ie; travel cot high chair, champagne flutes, ice bucket.
